I tried other memory foam pillows and still woke up in pain multiple times a night. I decided to try this one because I also am a warm sleeper. I can't believe the difference. I am actually comfortable laying down and don't wake up with headaches and a very painful neck. I would recommend this to anyone. I can only sleep on my sides and this was a complete game changer!!

You can't send these back or get a refund, so be sure you get the right one! I like the one with a little depression for your head better. This is tough on the neck if you sleep on your back at all.
