Too Hard for our liking.

Pillows are cool to the touch and appear to stay coolish throughout the night. I've swapped the pillow out every single night after waking up due to discomfort. The pillow compresses and has no soft support. It's hard and not forgiving at all. I've tried for a week to like these pillows, but I just can't.

The pillow is nice and cool when you first lay on it, then it gets hot. Not supportive in the least. It literally goes flat. Not worth the ridiculous price. Terrible for those with neck issues.

I purchased 2 of these pillows .1 for my husband ( 2 prior neck surgeries ) , & 1 for me for my neck pain . I'm so disappointed . My sister purchased a pillow and said it helped . I was so hopeful that I really was excited to try the new pillows .. unfortunately , I believe the pillows are too firm , causing increased neck and now shoulder pain .. still wishing for a good night sleep & to wake up without so much pain ..

I love the cooling gel. I don't love the brick feel. It is comfortable but it would be much more comforting if it had cushion under the gel so my head didn't sink so far into one spot slightly kinking my neck. Cloud is not a good explanation for these pillows.

Absolutely stiff as a board. You can't move around at all at night without waking up because the pillow doesn't move with you at all. Complete waste of money and they offer no type of compensation if you don't like the pillow. Never buying anything from Tempur-pedic again. Customer service is of zero help and pretty much says "Sorry the pillow sucks, that's too bad. But you're stuck with it."
