Way to tall for a side sleeper and back sleeper.

Really hurts my neck because it's too tall and when sleeping on my side, the cool gel part barely touches my head. I don't have a short neck either, it's just the pillow. It needs to not be so high.

I bought 2 of the king size of this pillow. Not only do they lay beautifully on my bed but it is the best sleep I have ever had. I usually wake up with some back/neck discomfort but that is gone. Thank you for making the best pillow I cannot stop raving about it!!!

This is an absolutely terrible pillow. I wake up multiple time per night because my head sinks all the way down to the bed. Absolutely unacceptable for a $200+ pillow to have no neck support. Will be throwing it away as any cheap pillow is better than this garbage.

We ordered some of these a few years ago and loved them. They started to get flat, so we ordered new ones and our new ones are flatter than our old ones :(

I don't find the pillow comfortable it's too bulky and it weighs a ton. I have to take these pillows off the bed every morning to make the bed and put them back on. Very heavy. I bought two and I'm not using either one. Very dissatisfied. My friend has regular Tempur-pedic pillows and I bought these only because they did not have that in a king size. I cannot return them so they're sitting in a closet.

Not too pleased to be honest. This pillow doesn't keep it shape or firmness for more than a few minutes. Haven't even opened the one that was free and considers returning it.
