[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that it keeps cool throughout the night, never gets hot or stuffy. It is very comfortable. One complaint is that because it collapses like a tempurpedic bed, but it's not as large as a mattress obviously, sometimes shape feels a bit awkwardly flat like the whole pillow collapses instead of only where your head is.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It stwrts off with a cool feel while your head sinks in, then it becomes firm once your head has sunk in enough. The pillow itself is a little heavy just in case you plan to give to an elderly person. Happy with the purchase.

The firmness of the pillow is perfect for me, however I wish it was contoured like the much firmer pillows for my neck but the perfect firmness of this pillow makes up for that. I'm a side sleeper and since I've gotten this pillow I can tell I've gotten better nights sleep!
