I wanted to love this pillow. I thought this would be my go-to pillow for the next few years, unfortunately that’s not the case. PROS: I do like the cooling, living in Florida this is essential. Quality built. CONS: Extremely heavy for a pillow. Heads sinks way too much into the pillow for any true neck support.
Overall, a decent pillow with a lot of potential but the cons take away two stars. If you’re ok with a heavy pillow and like the ultra sinking in sensation of a pillow, this may be for you.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Pillow for Hot Sleepers

The Tempur‑Cloud Breeze Dual Cooling pillow is incredibly comfortable and truly stays cool all night. The cooling gel works exactly as promised, and the support is perfect—soft enough to relax into but structured enough to keep my neck aligned. I’m sleeping better, waking up less, and feeling noticeably more rested. Absolutely worth it.

Very finicky when it comes to pillows. It's like sleeping on a cloud. Also works well in multiple sleeping positions. The only unpleasant thing was a touch of off-gassing, but not bad enough to subtract any stars.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It's been great! I haven't suffered from neck pain anymore. Previously, I was experiencing pain on the left side of my neck that extended to my shoulder, but since I started using TEMPUR-PEDIC pillows, the pain has disappeared.
