Wherever you lay your head it feels cool. The pillow cradles you're head at the perfect angle so neck and back pain is reduced (if you have).

Pillow is heavy (only an issue when traveling) and semi firm but gives with the weight of your head. Overall pretty happy with the purchase. Definitely feel I have less neck and shoulder pain
