Neck aches

This pillow has done nothing but hurt my neck since purchasing it. I spent good money on the pillow in hopes of relieving my back pain and instead replaced the back pain with neck pain. I have to use my old pillows because I can't even use these. Upset that there is a no return policy to even replace the pillows.

My husband actually put his in spare bedroom and went back to his old pillow he's had for over 7 years. This pillow is very heavy so if you like to put your arm under pillow, this is a for sure no go!
