Over time (had for 4 months now) it seems like it is not as firm but that could be bc I have just gotten use to it OR bc I just have a big heavy head and its worn it down :) Its cool when first lay down. That goes away during the night but it never feels warm so that is good. Overall I get a good sleep with it.

I love the cooling feel that the pillow provides but the support of the pillow needs to improved. I wish it was a little bit more firm. (Flat pillow with no support, will hurt your neck).
