The gel pad keeps me cool all night long and it has helped me a lot with my sleep. It is the first time I buy expensive pillows but you best believe me it is worth every single penny.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To be honest, it took a couple days for me to sleep comfortably with this pillow although it may be that I was using a flatter pillow and was not used to it at that point. Currently, it is extremely comfortable and would not trade the pillow for another. In regards to the cooling aspect of the pillow, I feel that the pillow is not as cool as it was when it first came in. I am not sure if that's what happens over time or if it's because the pillow just doesn't feel as cool due to the warmer weather in the summer. Overall, I would recommend.
