Most comfortable pillow I've ever found. I was on the hunt for neck pain relief and tried so many pillows. This is the one that took care of the problem. I'll never switch to another brand again!

I really like the cooling effect on the pillow. It is very comfortable and soft but firm. Great quality material.

Worst pillow I’ve ever slept on

I’ve had a cooling gel pillow for years, figured It was time to upgrade, so I got the cloud breeze dual cooling pillow figuring It was going to be the same. I’ve never had worse neck pain after just 2 nights sleep after receiving this pillow. This pillow you just sink into and It becomes flat in seconds just where your head is. The cooling does not work whatsoever either compared to my other one I had (not sure of the brand). And apparently no returns are accepted. Do not waste your money on this. Luckily I got a bogo sale so I don’t feel as ripped off.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Medium is still too firm

Pillow is too stiff, and to firm. I would call it more of a firm, not a medium. Cooling is ok...nice that it's on both sides
