I was very nervous about buying a pillow online but I needed a new one and couldn't find any in stores that I liked. I read the reviews on here and decided to give it a try. I'm so happy I decided to buy it. My neck doesn't hurt and it has helped me fall asleep faster. They did smell for a couple days. I just left them in a spare room to air out and they were good to go. I don't have anything negative to say about these pillows. But if you are someone that can't lift much these pillows do weigh more than an average pillow.

This pillow has great support while still being very soft. I hate a mushy pillow where my head sinks in and the pillow goes flat. This pillow will never do that! I love it. I have one on my bed and one in my suitcase because I travel for work. Don't leave home without your comfortable pillow.

This is a very comfortable pillow, it probably won't be life changing for you or anything, but it's very comfortable, and the cooling effect does work for a fair amount of time (though you will still warm the pillow up after some time).

I tried to love this pillow. I placed it outside for hours each day, hoping that the chemical smell would dissipate. While the odor did fade somewhat, it never disappeared. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to sleep on it. That said, my husband decided to try it, and it doesn't seem to bother him. So it wasn't a total bust! He finds the pillow to be comfortable. Hope this helps!
