I like the pillow overall. But I do feel like it's a bit flat for a side sleeper. There is not a good amount of neck support. Best for stomach sleepers.

This pillow is in the "as good as it gets" category. It retains its shape, while being soft enough to allow your head to sink in. I've tried other foam pillows, but none of them offered this combination of retaining shape while allowing my head to sink in. I've tried some of the pillows that have some sort of filler, composed of small pieces of some sort of foam, and this type of pillow tends to allow the head to sink in, but loses its shape after a few months. This pillow adds one feature that no other pillow I've used offers, the temperature control feature. The only pillow I would recommend at this point is this one, the TEMPUR-Cloud Breeze Dual Cooling.

observed previous reviews of new pillow material smell and was either too high or would not hold head weight appropriately or consistently. My initial reaction of the first couple of nights was the smell was noticeable and had the mindset the pillow was too deep for my side sleeping preference. However, after a few nights and many consistent since, my experience is as follows: 1) smell not noticeable to me anymore 2) feel the pillow depth is just right 3) love the king size and heft of the pillow 4) my personal favorite of all - the "dual cooling" works amazingly well with consistency of coolness. All said, I highly recommend this pillow and I'm confident this pillow will meet (or exceed) your comfort needs! :)

Positive stuff: This pillow does it's job as posted! I work steady midnights and after a long shift, all I look forward to is sleeping, all day long. Traditional pillows just didn't cut it for me and I found myself purchasing new, quite often. I would wake up covered in sweat on a regular basis, pillow drenched. With this product, you lay your head down and receive instant cooling results. You feel it through your entire body. I haven't awoken covered in sweat once. The material is outstanding and holds true to the tempurpedic standard. Negative stuff: The cooling effects last less than 10-15 minutes. I feel that your body heat over powers it. I wish it lasted longer because that was the main reason for purchasing this magnificent product. The price is also an issue, almost $200 for a pillow is insane, yet I still did it. I found a buy one get one free deal and figured it was worth it, it was. The pillow is large and packs a hefty weight but you already knew that because they advertise it. All in all, it was a good purchase and has stopped the night sweats that haunted me for so long. This allows me to sleep all day long while the majority of people are out and about, enjoying the sun.
