This pillow is too high, heavy and big

We just bought the luxe breeze mattress so we decided to order new pillows as well. Unfortunately, I thought anything from Tempur-Pedic came with a return guarantee in case it doesn't work for you - Well, not these $169 plus tax each pillows!! This pillow is too high and it is really hard/firm, heavy and big in overall. I actually have never seen a pillow this sturdy and uncomfortable. I feel disappointed TP doesn't accept exchanges or return considering how expensive these are.

I use to suffer from chronic neck aches. Many sleepless nights. Headaches a few times a week. That has all disappeared since using my new pillow. I am so thrilled to feel good!! This is a must have if you have any of the ailments listed. Best sleep in 20 years. Get a temperpedic mattress too. It's all worth it!!

Sadly, I invested a lot of money on these two pillows and have had neck problems since purchasing. A little too thick and heavy for me. I am petite at 5"2" and its very heavy and doesn't fit me well as a side sleeper. I feel there was probably a better fit for me but thought this would be the one.

A little flat/not much bulk to the pillow

Cooling part of the pillow is good and works as described. However, not much tempur material inside to build pillow up. Goes flat very quick and doesn't spring back up very quickly either. It's almost as if your head sinks directly to the mattress. When reading other reviews, they stated it was a bulky pillow with lots of support. Unfortunately cannot return. I should've ordered the other cloud pro pillow. :(

I've always been a big advocate of Tempurpedic but I must say, I received these pillows the other day and have yet to be able to get comfortable on them. They're advertised as a firmer type pillow but they're very squishy which means you sink and sink and sink into them. I've used 2 other Tempurpedic pillows for over 10 years and figured it was time to upgrade with the recent BOGO offer but I'm extremely disappointed. With no return policy on pillows, I'm out the money and using my old pillows again. These are heavy pillows which I like but nowhere near the firmness size expected. They feel and sound papery/scratchy and just are not comfortable.

By far the most uncomfortable pillow ever. Very hard. It's like sleeping on a rock. Tried for 2 nights and got stiff neck by morning each time. Very expensive. Would not recommend!
