Very comfortable, bit bulky

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the only thing i would say i would change about the pillow is that it isn't really thick enough for my liking so i find myself putting another pillow under it to make it a taller platform to rest my head on, especially after it collapses down from the warmth of my head.

This product is too heavy and rigid to provide comfort while trying to sleep. It almost seems to weigh a ton when trying to move it around into a comfortable position (which is impossible).

NOT for back sleepers

I bought this pillow for my boyfriend who is a side sleeper, but he liked the down/foam pillow better, so I (back sleeper) ended up with this one. It is a high quality pillow and clearly well made. However, the combination of loft and firmness is way too hard on the head. I thought I would get used to it eventually, but time only made me dread sleeping on that pillow more. I can see it being good for side sleepers who like extra firm pillows, but it is not a good all-round pillow.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
