[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow stays cools on both sides throughout the night, which is a game changer for me. It is definitely best for back sleepers. The only issue I have is when I try to sleep on my side, it isn't quite high enough.

There's nothing like a good nights sleep.i used to sleep hot at night but this product put those days behind me.everyone sleeps different.but if you're a side sleeper ,stop taking sides.what I particularly liked about this product is that it has not one but dual side cooling to it.this is where the effect takes place.except no substitute.now we only count our blessings thank you tempurpedic.

Nice cooling feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I love the cooling feature of the pillow, I wish I had purchased the softer version. We chose the medium option and it is way too firm for me. That is the only thing I don't like about buying items on line. The are no returns on pillow purchases so I am stuck with an expensive pillow that is uncomfortable. If it wasn't so firm I would probably be in love with the pillow. If you prefer firm pillows then this is the product for you!

Pillow cools but goes flat throughout the night

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the pillow but it goes flat throughout the night. I find myself waking up to reset it at least once per night. I am a side sleeper and I have neve had a pillow go flat like this before. The cooling part seems to work ok, I like that about the pillow but I have to put another pillow underneath to help with the "flatness" that occurs. The pillow is a king size and semi-heavy. It feels about medium firm to me. I don't understand why it goes flat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While the cooling mechanism of this pillow works great, sleeping on it it's like sleeping on a stone. In addition, it is almost impossible to get rid of the "new" smell. I had to return them.
