One Star is One Too Many!

I purchased two of these pillows for my wife and myself in hopes of getting a better nights sleep. Upon receiving my package I was eager to open it up and test out my new pillows and see if they needed to air for any period of time. Once I opened the box I was surprised to find two pillows packed lose in a box with only a plastic bag over them and no other paperwork which seemed a bit odd, but I figured I'd try them out hoping the quality of the pillows would make up for the poor packaging. I tried tried to like my pillow, especially with what I invested into it, but within seconds the pillow would go completely flat and would start to get hot. I tried to sleep on it for several nights hoping it was just a break in process, but it didn't get any better. After several nights of waking up constantly because of the pillow going flat and my head being hot, the pillow got tossed out the bed. I noticed my wife wasn't using her pillow either and when I asked why she wasn't using it, she replied that it was the worst pillow she'd ever had. She went on to tell me her experience of the pillow going flat and her head being too hot in it also. I called Tempur-Pedic customer service about the awful experience that we had with the pillows and that turned out to be quite the ordeal. I was told maybe it was just a defective pillow, I could understand one of them being defective but not both in the same shipment. Finally after several phone calls and emails to Tempur-Pedic I was sent a return label for the pillows to send them back. As of this time I've yet to be refunded for the two "defective" pillows.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cool and perfect support

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Stays really cool through the night and is the perfect support. Finally get good sleep rather than dealing with pillows that move sndvbeeds go be adjusted through the night.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My favorite place in our home is my bedroom. Why? That's where my Tempur-pedic adjustable mattress complete with massage controls is located. I built my life around my bed. I moved my big screen TV in and a computer table that doubles as a dining table. Now I don't have to get up for nothing! Thank you Tempur-pedic!

Excellent comfort and support!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pillows are excellent at helping you get to sleep. I am a hot sleeper and when I wake up hot, having the cooling gel on both sides of the pillow allows me to flip the pillow and have a really cool side to cool me down and get back to sleep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When i rec'd it, i thought it felt a bit more stiff than i was expecting, so i was a bit worried. When i slept on it the first night, i love how the pillow molds to your neck. I absolutely love it and was so well worth it!! I haven't slept with it during the warmer temps here so we'll see how it performs then as my body temp gets up there when i sleep, but so far so good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a hot sleeper and when I discovered these "cool" pillows I wanted to give them a try. We love our tempur pedic mattress and we had hoped that we would love the pillows. Well, they are better than we had hoped for. Th cooling gel is so refreshing. Make sure us want to take it with us everywhere we go. It works and helps me get a better night sleep every time I put my head on this pillow.

Best Pillow I have owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always bought cheap pillows that I would have tk throw out in a few months due to them losing shape. I finally bought this pillow and since then I have have not woken up with a sore neck. Only reason I give it 4* and not 5 is its not very comfortable for stomach sleepers. Amazing back and side but on stomach it contours so much it can be uncomfortable.
