2 words "EXPENSIVE GARBAGE" save time and money go to your local Sans club or Cosco ( spelled wrong purposely) and get a better more comfortable Matress, with honest warranties at a fraction of the cost of this trash!!! "Overrated"

The Mattress arrived in a carry bag and not protected in a box. The bag had a long cut down the center and sure enough when i pulled the mattress out of the black carry bag it was also cut. I contacted customer service days ago and submitted the requested documents however i have not hear back and my daughter still has not bed to sleep on. I never dealt with a company today that takes this long to respond or resolve issues like this. Each time i call the rep just says sorry cant help you, have to wait for our reship department. This is a simple phone call, email with photos and reship a new bed asap situation.

The Temper-Cloud with Hybrid Technology is exactly what I was looking for in helping me sleep well while soothing and supporting my body. I definitely should have purchased this mattress ages ago, but it so has been worth the wait. I even bought the matching Cloud pillows a week later since I love my mattress so much. I highly recommend this mattress .
