Would have chosen something firmer if I could change it now. It's a nice mattress but just not my favorite

I am returning it - I do not know if it was defective (I have had other Tempur-pedic mattresses, but this one is just not for me.

Registering this mattress was not quick and easy as stated in your guidebook. The delivery team placed the mattress on the foundation, but there was no mention of a serial number. When I tried to register online, I found that I needed the serial number, which is located on the tag hanging from the bottom of the mattress. I was unable to lift the mattress myself, so had my daughter help me. We found and removed the tag so that I could complete the registration. Also, I received no paperwork with this delivery. Would the serial number have been printed on the paperwork? Will I receive paperwork? I would like a response from someone. I will rate the product itself after I have spent several nights on the mattress. Thank you for your quick response.

Have only had this mattress for a week but we switched from a Tempur King foundations bed to a Split King Tempur-Ergo Extend Smart Base last year. The Tempur mattress we bought 12 years ago was used on Smart Base for the last 16 months and then we decided to buy the TEMPUR-Cloud® + Hybrid so that we could use the benefit of the individual adjustable features of the Smart Base. Don't remember the name of the 12 years old Tempur-pedic mattress but it's almost like new and are giving it to our granddaughter who will probably get married next year. Loving this one also so far! Molds to our own body and returns to the original shape after we get out of bed. Came delivered from the factory in a vacuum bag rolled up that expands after you unroll it and break the seal on the vacuum bag. Love it!
