[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just upgraded to this mattress after almost 10 years with an older Tempur Pedic model, and I am so happy with the purchase. This model is great for both back and side sleepers and it does a great job of isolating you from your partner's nocturnal movements. My biggest complaint with my former mattress was that the dense memory foam made non-sleep bedroom activities a lot of work, but the hybrid technology on this model adds the perfect amount of bounciness to completely alleviate this issue. Overall, extremely happy with this product and I haven't found any downsides to it yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Former than expected but comfortable and helpful with back and joint pain. Not as comfortable as the Tempurs above the Cloud. Tempurpedic tends to be stingy in terms of the warranty and doesn't give back to the customer even in a small way like picking up a previous Tempurpedic mattress.

It's nice but a lot more firm than I expected. It's not very cozy. Very stiff. I haven't had any back pain or anything sleeping in it, but it isn't the fluffy type of beds you dream of.

After business day 11 I called to find out where it was. They then said it was out of stock. I was upset that there was no communication. I had numerous discussions with the tempur pedic support team and they left me highly unsatisfied. But the bed is great! Super comfy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used a tempurpedic bed for the last 20 years. Recently, it came time to replace the mattress again and researched all the options available. After looking through everything offered, I chose to stick with Tempurpedic and ordered a new mattress. It arrived quickly and I was able to track it's shipping progress the entire way. I am loving this new mattress and wouldn't want a different one.
