[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Didn't expect it to come in a box. It's a very firm mattress, much more so than other medium-firm tempur-pedic ones we tried in-store. If firm is more your comfort, this might be a good option, but compared to the pro adapt hybrid it's not nearly as comfortable for someone who likes a little more towards medium firmness. Very little bounce for being a hybrid so it's not as great for other bed activities either.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a few months of sleeping with the cloud it's still beginning to create a sag where I sleep. I invested in the extra springs hoping it would give more support but overall it was not a good investment. I have brain cancer and because of the steroids and medication I've gained a considerable amount of weight. I'm 5'10, 220lbs and feel like dog doo. I remember my parents having a temurpedic and this was not it.
