The one downfall that I experienced is that the bed is temperature sensitive. It really stiffens up when the bedroom temperature is below 70 degrees. But I have a cloud mattress topper that remedies this problem. All said and done I do highly recommend this product

We are very happy with the comfort of the mattress however our issue is with customer support and the height of the mattress. The mattress is supposed to be 10" but it is in fact 8". I have contacted customer support about this but they have yet to get back to me regarding this issue. 2" is a huge difference and should be acknowledged. The other issue I have is that I notified customer service about a tear in the mattress and sent photos showing the tear and also the height of the mattress. I receive a reply back to please take pictures regarding the bed frame for the mattress and to send photos of the sagging. I of course relied that my issue was about a tear and the height of the mattress and that I already sent photos with those issues. At this point I hadn't even slept on the mattress so I couldn't even say if it sagged. They sent a replacement due to the tear but never commented about the height of the mattress. We received the replacement and the original mattress is still waiting to be picked up. I have contacted them numerous times concerning the space taken by the torn mattress, causing our hallway to be very difficult to pass through. The mattress is still here and will be picked up in another 10 days. We have had this mattress in the way for a month. The new mattress is very comfortable but also only 8", at this point I find it useless to even contact them about this issue. My thoughts are if you are going to spend so much money for a mattress you should buy it at one of their stores and save the hassle of a return for a defective item and also be able to actually feel the mattress and know without a doubt that the mattress is what you are looking for, it is very difficult to judge a mattress by reviews when everyones needs are so different. Also READ the warranty information. You need a specific bed frame, or of course their bed frame, to honor the warranty. Hence the reason they want a picture of the bed frame.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had been sleeping on a custom designed mattress (where they scan mine and my husband's bodies) and my side of the mattress was very soft and lacked support. I woke up in pain most days (hips, neck, etc.). I purchased this mattress two months ago and was leery, but the online reviews were great. I have no pain now. I have the best sleep ever and feel supported but not overly firm. It's truly amazing. I'm a true convert and will be sleeping on this mattress (or a replacement over the years) for the rest of my life. What a blessing.
