Ordering was quick and easy. Delivery was flawless. Came in a nice looking canvas duffle style bag that was easy to carry. Set up in minutes. Added the topper and a solid 5" foundation and I'm sleeping on a cloud! No more shoulder pain! A local Temper-Pedic partner delivered the foundation and set it up quickly and easily.

Wake up feeling so much more refreshed and no aches or pains. It really feels supportive without being overly firm or soft. It feels soft at first but then you feel it firm up as you lay and very supportive for both side and back sleeping. Looking to get the same for my parents. Would definitely recommend.

We previously had an inner spring mattress that developed very noticeable impressions after about 5 years and never felt as supportive as this mattress does. It lets my butt sink in while still coming up to support my lower back. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress is on the extra form hard hard side and is not good. I'm not sure this is because of the hybrid technology. It has not helped us with back pain so far being used about a month and half. My husband side is always low and he is complaining for back pain and neck pain on this. It does not help with tossing and turning as it claims and the body to be pain free. For the price and the competitive brands out there my expectations were a lot higher from this mattress. It has failed to do so and my husband and myself experiences more back pain and hip pain sleeping on it as it is too hard.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We have had the bed for about 1 month and the break in period has been very slow. Hopefully the bed continues to soften some more. While sleeping we do not feel as though the bed is getting hot.
