We have decided to return and the companies follow up has disappeared. Initially the customer service was good, until we have decided to return. I think the memory foam is not for us. Product quality is good, but the sleep didn't meet our expectations

Recently there was a discount on a mattress and I needed a replacement. I purchased the Temper-Pedic knowing I could return it if I didn't like it. Well, I don't like it, I love it. I have never slept consistently better in my life. It is cooler than my previous mattress, more comfortable than my previous mattress and when I go to bed I simply am amazed how supportive and satisfied I am. I do not toss and turn as much nor do I awaken because I have become uncomfortable. I can't recall being this satisfied with a purchase in a long, long time. I am as surprised as anyone that the product lives up to the hype. Try it, you wont be disappointed.
