I enjoyed my first couple of nights with this pillow. I like how you can take some of the foam out to adjust the firmness. One thing that I don't like about my adjustable pillow is that I have to fluff it back up multiple times a day. I will wake up in the middle of the night and all of the foam will be pushed to one side. I wish I would've gotten a different pillow.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

About 5 years ago I entered a contest and won a Tempur pillow and then I just had to order more I love this pillow it took me a few days to get use to it but it is now the best pillow I have ever slept on. I love it so much I bought them as Xmas gifts this past Xmas.

This pillow is pretty good. I haven't adjusted it. Maybe that would make it even better. So far I have noticed that it helps me sleep on my back and wake up on my back, which is my goal.

Can't feel the cooling and goes flat

Even when I sleep on this pillow without a pillow case doesn't cool. I didn't remove any filling and it goes flat if you lay in the middle so I have to sleep on the edge to get any support. I would return them if that was an option. Both my husband and I went back to our old pillows.

the concept of this pillow is great because I can customize it. It's really smart to be able to remove and or put back the memory foam according to the needs of my neck, head and body. Having neck pain and migraines due to my menstrual cycle, my need for support and softness varies throughout the month. I have tried many pillows in my life and I am glad to have found this customizable pillow. Some pillows gave me a headache and a neck ache which degenerated into a migraine. I now wake up feeling good in my body and without any feeling of aches or stiffness.Thank you Tempur!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought two of these pillows, one for me and one for my husband. I have had neck pain for a very long time and I kid you not, have not woken up with neck pain since I've had this pillow. And my husband loves his too. I will say, we did have to adjust ours and the filling inside of them is kind of a pain to get out. It is pieces of foam that like to stick to everything. Although it was a hassle to get out, once we did we were good to go! I am a stomach sleeper so I prefer flatter pillows and he likes his a little fluffier. It was nice that we could adjust each of ours the way we like them. I won't sleep with any other pillow now.
