I took out about a gallon size bag of the stuffing to make it more comfortable for me. It is nice that you are able to adjust the firmness. Love the length, fits our king size pillow cases. I bought these pillows for a friend and she absolutely loves them. She's always struggled with finding a pillow that stayed cool through the night. These are amazing. So cool and comfortable. The adjustable filling is a great feature as well. Two thumbs up.

These pillows are nice and comfy but the tags are very thick and hard to cut off without damaging the stitching. My main gripe about them is there's no place to put all the stuffing if you want to reduce it. I used several gallon sized ziploc bags until I got it to the size I wanted. Since then I've loved sleeping on this pillow. It's supportive and soft but still malleable enough to adjust to your needs.
