Not what I thought

Had bought a different brand memory foam pillow and it just squished flat when you put your head on it, so I thought I'd try tempurpeduc brand. I thought the tempur cloud adjustable would be better because of the pieces. It doesn't go flat like that other pillow, but it's actually kinda hard and lumpy. I find myself adjusting the pillow several times each night. It's not comfortable at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought these adjustable fill pillows with the cooling cover, and they are a really great pillow that is very comfortable to sleep on. They also keep you head cool instead of hot like many other pillows are. I would recommend these pillows to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sleeping gods that is Tempur-Pedic have introduced this stupendous pillow as a way to save marriages solely. My wife and I were entangled in a messy argument of the temperature of our individual sleeps. This pillow has performed CPR on our marriage and resuscitated our love for one another. Her head is as cool and supported as the cold snowy evenings in January.

Neck started aching after using it

The pillow gets flat on the area where your head is. The pillow shape ends up like a wedge shape after few hours ... and there is no support to the neck.... The neck muscles are strained up due to this...

I ordered 2, for my husband and I. It was a bit too firm for me, and it says it's adjustable, so I decided to try adjusting it. What's when I learned it's essentially a bunch of chopped up memory foam. I took some out and the it was better for me.
