First night and this pillow goes completely flat as a pancake and continues to each night after. Me thinking man this is a Tempurpedic it has to get better. It did not. Also pillows are not returnable due to personal nature, but their beds are returnable. Hope they show this comment so others are prepared unlike I was.

This pillow was uncomfortable for me. I tried to return, and found out I could not return pillows. This information SHOULD BE PROMINENT when purchasing and not buried all the way down the page. I am very disappointed and will NEVER recommend any tempurpedic product Don't offer this product online if it cannot be returned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this pillow to replace an older Tempur-Pedic pillow that had become flat with age. That pillow was made of a single foam slab, so I was worried that the filling style of this new one would make the it feel lumpy. Thankfully, it doesn't. The only issue I have with it is that it needs to be fluffed up relatively frequently due to its loose filling style. If I forget to fluff it, it's noticeably less comfortable to sleep on than normal because it develops a flat spot in the center. I was able to purchase two of these during a BOGO promotion, so I have an entire extra pillow's worth of filling to pull from if I want to adjust this one. I think these pillows should come with more stuffing inside of them or with a bag of additional stuffing to add to them - the fact that they can develop a noticeable flat spot if you don't fluff them means that the case is too big or the stuffing is too meager. I do like this pillow and find it very comfortable after adjusting it, however.

I have every pillow TempurPedic makes. Even stuffed with the fullest I have no support in this pillow. I should have gotten the cooling neck pillow.

The pillow is a little stiff in the beginning so you need to break it in a little, at least for me. Then it is amazing! It's comfortable and supportive yet so relaxing your body will thank you!!

This pillow stays cool for about 5 minutes,so uncomfortable,my neck was so bad after sleeping on it for a few nights had to go to the doctors. I don't recommend this to anyone! I gave the pillow to my grandson who said "I can't sleep on this" ! I called the company and got no help at all!

Bought two king size pillows, not exactly what material they have inside or what they are made of but all I know they become flat after few hours sleeping in ... I would not recommend this pillows for the price I paid, Tempurpedic would no take them back so now I'm stuck.
