[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TEMPUR-Cloud Adjustable Pillow is truly the perfect pillow for me. I took some of the filling out of the inner zippered pillowcase because it was a little too full for me. Tempur-Pedic has already anticipated this by now providing an inner zippered case to easily adjust the filling if you need to make your new "personalized" level of fill. If you have an unused zippered pillow protector case you can take the extra fill and make a second pillow. I use the second pillow between my knees to help with hip pain. I am mostly a side sleeper. The main pillow is wonderful to fluff up under my neck and support my head perfectly. I like it so much that I bought one for my husband, and a 3rd one for my best friend when she comes to visit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seems like a very low quality 3lbs foam. Weighs a third as much as the Tempur pillow it was supposed to replace. It's also 90% very small white pieces-- no real mix of colors/density here. Contacted customer support and they said 'that's how it's supposed to be' and refused a return. Chargeback time.

Bought this pillow a week ago. Added some filling, then took some out, so now it's Perfect! Also, there are No Warm or Hot spots. The "My Pillow" I had was like a SAUNA - Terrible. This pillow stays Perfect Temperature All night long. You don't wake up having the foam filling surrounding your head with only the pillowcase between your face and the mattress (like the My Pillow). You always have comfortable filling under your head now matter long your head stays in one place. Smart Move Tempur-pedic! Now what do I do with the 27 other pillows in the closet?

Got my best pillow through the best service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had issue with my neck for a while and could find the right pillow to minimize the discomfort. When I heard about this pillow, I wanted to give it a shot. I am deployed at a location where Tempurpedic do not ship so I was told my order would be canceled at first. When I further explained my situation, the customer service personnel was extremely helpful and told me they will try figure out a way to assist me. After couple days gone by, I got an email stating that the pillow will be shipped to my location. I now had the pillow for 3 months and my neck pain is no longer there. Thank you so much Tempurpedic!
