[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For quite some time I have only used buckwheat pillows to get the kind of support I need/like. I decided to try the cloud pillow and to my amazement I slept as soundly and pain free as the buckwheat pillow. I'm sold, and will be using the cloud pillow moving on, no more buckwheat for me =)

Also took several times to get enough out to make it comfy. Still can't sleep on it every night but will keep experimenting until I get it right. Partner not even trying too frustrating for him.

The adjustable pillow doesn't have that classic slow adjustable movement that characterizes all other foam products. I feel the little pieces of the fill and it bothers me. I don't like that it doesn't seem like a uniform base. I also thought it was too high to begin with so I took about half of the fill to adjust to my preference but even still I find it too firm. In general, i would say this is more firm than expected. If I could return it or exchange it, i would.
