I was constantly readjusting my pillow throughout the night, and I don't find myself doing that now. It's the perfect firmness and has a good amount of support without waking up with a sore ear.

In addition to position changes, sleeping with the pillows for the past month has improved the pain significantly! I didn't have to take a pain killer in the morning anymore. Soft, maybe too soft, I end up having to bunch it up

I tried this out in the store and it seemed a little firmer. After 6 months, it has flattened out and I have to bunch it up to fit between my neck and shoulder to raise my head high enough. Would not buy this again, especially due to the exorbitant prices charged.
