The adjustable nature really helped me to customize this to what I need. It does compact through the night and become a little too firm and hard, but fluffs right back up as needed.

This pillow is completely flat after laying your head on it a few times. I wouldn’t recommend it. Has no support. You’re better off sleeping on a folded blanket. No returns so make sure sleeping uncomfortable is what you’re looking for.

Great pillow!

This pillow has been amazing so far! I’ve been using the same pillow for a while now and it was time for a new one. This one hasn’t disappointed me so far. Very soft and squishy but with a unique firmness too!

King size NOT King size

We ordered two king-size pillows, but they are too small. Both are skinnier than all our other pillows. They don't quite fill up the pillowcase, which means that they can slip out of the case at night. With that said, they are still longer than normal queen-sized and are comfortable. They are also not adjustable beyond being able ot pull out chucks within the pillow. They do not send extra to make them fuller. The inside of the pillow is just chunks of mattress that they shove into the pillow. It can feel a little chunky at times for that reason. They do seem to stay cooler, which is nice on hot nights.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Pillow looses its form during the night

Since the inside of the pillow is made of loose pieces. During the night the pieces tend to shift around your head instead of supporting it. Leaving your head and neck in a very uncomfortable position. I have only been able to use this pillow for a week, and today I say goodbye because it gave me a crick in my neck.

The cool to touch allow cover is nice, but there is not enough foam 'chips' inside the pillow to provide adequate support. I end up switching to an older pillow in the middle of the night. I would not buy these again, at this price point, unless there was additional foam 'chips'.

I got a great deal on these pillows during Black Friday and it’s one of the best things that happened to me in 2025! Cool, comfy! I sleep like a baby now. Buy them!
