Terrible Downgrade

My fiancé and I relocated and did not bring our original tempurpedic pillows. I figured I would give these a shot because of the price point, but they're awful. I should have gone for their pricier version which are completely worth the money. This was such a waste they feel like cheap stuffing and you can't return or exchange. I am definitely regretting this purchase.

These pillows are stuffed with small foam cubes, which appear to be waste from mattress manufacturing. The cubes are lumpy and uncomfortable. Even worse, there is a strong industrial smell to the cubes, which makes the pillows unusable. I tried to return them but was told that I have to make a warranty claim.

I have 2 tempur pedic pillows the no longer sell so was hoping to replace them. These are so lumpy I can't even lay my head on them without my neck hurting. I use them as duvet pillows and my cats lay on them
