Molds into a lump of coal. This pillow is very uncomfortable and does not mold to your sleep position as advertised. It literally feels like a rock. Looking at the tags it's not even made by tempurpedic, so who knows what materials they are actually using. Disappointing and no return/exchange policy so an absolute waste of money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow allows you to move the inner foam around to somewhat mold it to your head. It is nice for someone who goes from sleeping on the back or stomach to sleeping on their side because they can adjust it to properly cradle their head. However, the foam is very firm and doesn't mold as well as another brand of pillow that has similar features. My husband prefers a feather pillow and found this pillow way too hard and wouldn't use it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's pretty comfortable after I removed a fair amount of stuffing. I do wish it was a solid piece of memory foam but I guess it is nice to have the option to add more stuffing or take some out depending on how you like to sleep.
