It the pillow comes unreasonably thick with the expectation that you take the foam out until you reach your preferred thickness. My best pillow. The only criticism is that the foam is unstructured in the pillow case, so if you take enough out to make the pillow much thinner the foam with shift away from your head during the night and make the pillow lumpy.

I didn't like the pillow, you can feel the little pieces of the stuffing material. It is not soft to the touch. Had to leave almost no filling to be able to sleep. Very disappointed
