These were not as expected and I wish I hasn't bought them. 1. They smell like chemicals. 2. Instead of a solid foam piece it's a bunch of small foam pieces. 3. I bought two and had to throw them away they smelled so bad. 4. I have a +10 year pillow from temperpedic but am still in shock how awful these were. Don't waste your money on these like I did.

This pillow went COMPLETELY flat after ONE night. Since, I have woken up with the worst neck pains. This pillow is horrendous and a complete waste of money. I reached out to customer service and the response I pretty much received was along the lines of "too bad." No attempt to try to find me a better pillow or keep a customer. If I could give zero stars I would.

Me and pillows don't get along. Traditional pillows end up making my neck and back hurt because they lift my head too much and they aren't pliable. It doesn't matter what pillow I've tried - cotton, down, memory foam - they just don't work for me. I got the Tempur-cloud pillow as an addition to the Tempur-cloud mattress we recently purchased and my world has changed! First of all - I'm pretty sure this is just left over foam or returned mattresses that have been ripped up into small pieces (which I will call "shards" for fun) providing a way for Tempurpedic to make some money on the mattress "run-off". And I SUPER applaud them. It's genius. And, for real, a great product. It comes with more than enough shards to provide a firm, plush pillow for those want/need that. But the fact that I can easily remove as much as I want and customized the pillow has made my sleep at least 90% better. I removed the majority of the shards (probably 70%). It makes enough room for me to be able to shift the shards around at-will. They cradle and conform to my neck perfectly and cushion my head ever so slightly - just enough to give it the lift it needs to stay aligned with my neck and body. And it takes zero effort to make that happen. It doesn't harden or compact over time like cotton or down, and doesn't stick me in the eye with feathers or smell like a wet mallard. My only problem is I have a king size pillow case that's too big. In conclusion, the pillow basically feels like an extension of the mattress. Love it!!
