Disappointed. I thought we were gonna sleep great but it has not happened. Still on the search for the perfect pillow. Kinda disappointed with how expensive they were and did not deliver. My husband who is a firefighter and needs good rest was so excited and was disappointed more than me. Does not stay cool and does not form to your sleep needs.

my husband and I each got one of these pillows. at first they showed up and one was significantly less stuffed and would not support either of our heads. so we reached out and customer service helped us and sent us more filling. they are now so comfortable.

Was in the hopes of finding the right pillow to avoid waking up with the knots in my neck and shoulders from my current pillows. Unfortunately this pillow did help resolve this issue. Pillows are little too bulky and don't compress down when resting head on it which causes more tension to form in my neck and shoulders.

I'm a side sleeper and this pillow sounded perfect for the ability to customize how thick you wanted it to best work for you. Sadly, I've been really disappointed in this pillow as it's simply just way too flat and did not include nearly enough stuffing to make any sort of difference. I'll continue searching for a good side sleeper pillow as this one is certainly not the answer.

I had hoped that since the fill is foam you wouldn't be able to feel the blockiness of the shreds, but it's very lumpy and not comfortable at all. Even unopened, returns are not accepted. Would not recommend.
