not great - pillow not very supportive when material removed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i prefer a flat pillow and thought an adjustable type product would be a good fit for me. When the fill is removed, a flatter pillow doesn't offer great support, as the middle material gets pushed to the sides in the space opened up with less fill. I should have chosen the brand that offers a 60 day trial.

We did have to order additional filling to prop it up after a while, which made it like a brand new pillow again! Awesome design and comfort!
