Not a quality pillow

I wanted to replace my tempurpedic serenity pillows with something less stiff and thought this would be better since it was adjustable. Highly disappointed. They are lumpy, quickly flatten, and don’t provide good neck support. I even paid extra for the cooling and can’t tell a difference. I bought two pillows and both are hardly usable.

Flattens after a few months

I used to have a cloud pillow years ago and it was one of the best pillows I owned. Quality went down over time, probably why they do the BOGO pillow and you’re not allowed to return. Only had for a few months and barely slept on them and they provide no support and are currently flat. They are comfortable to start and then are useless after some use.

I’m extremely disappointed with my purchase, especially since I didn’t realize there are no returns or exchanges. These pillows are horribly uncomfortable and nothing we do improves them. The pillows were a birthday present for my son, and I’ve not regretted a purchase as much as this in quite some time.

Pillow cover is slick the pillow case slips and slides all night. It feels cheap and it’s not my favorite.

Not enough filling cooling lacks

Stuffing is Not Stable

This pillow is basically a mesh bag full of cut up cubes of spongey material. I move a lot when I sleep, and so does all this filling. My neck and my trapezius are so tight in the morning, it feels like I must be trying not to move in my sleep so the pillow stuffing doesn't move. It's a terrible "pillow" I would not recommend at all.
