I felt like I was sleeping on my parents' 20 year old pillow

It is SO VERY unfortunate that Tempur-Pedic does not allow returns. I was so excited to try out these pillows. I slept TERRIBLE. I had no idea that "adjustable" meant that the pillow is filled with small balls of material. I adjusted throughout the night but could never get them to be comfortable. I guess I am just stuck with very expensive pillows to fill my shams for decoration but never use for sleeping.

This pillow is average at best. I feel like it needs more of the filling as I feel it’s kinda flat. I got the cooling pillows but the cooling feature isn’t really worth it as it does not work well as intended. Should have gotten a different pillow.

Do not buy - no returns allowed

DO NOT BUY THIS PILLOW! I bought two and only opened one. After sleeping on it for one night I knew it was a bad purchase. This pillow is like a beanbag and offers no support. I spent the entire night trying to scrunch it up enough to give support. Unfortunately, I did not realize I wouldn’t be able to return the pillows. I hope I can save you a terrible night’s sleep and money.

Not as advertised! Lie!

These pillows are advertised as adjustable. It states you can remove some of the fill to adjust to your comfort. What they don't tell you is the pillows do not even come full so there is no way you would want to remove any of the filling. I've only had the pillow for a week and every night I've woken up with a headache that became a migraine. The pillows go completely flat after only an hour or two. I wake up several times thru the night and have to flip it and fluff it. I requested purchasing more fill which is not an option. And you can't return them so I wasted my money. Don't waste yours! Don't even bother with these pillows. They are the worst pillows I've ever bought. Very disappointed! I expected more from this company

I have purchased 3 of these now, 2 queen and 1 king, they are FANTASIC... so far they are the next best pillow since the original pillows from 2003, which I still have.
I would recommend this to a friend!
