It doesn't feel plush comfortable and no pressure relief (how they describe it). I called the same day I received it to see if by chance I could get a refund but that was a no.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought these hoping they would be firm enough but yet soft enough also. They are adjustable on firm/soft. They seem to be holding up great just they way they came. I bought the pillows for a extra bed. Also bought 2 set of sheets they are great sleep cool, I only wish you could get the pillow case in what ever size that you needed. We have the split king and use a normal size pillow and the pillow case is way to large.

I was expecting a luxurious pillow like I saw at the Tempur-Pedic store. What a disappointment. I can get 2 pillows at half the price much nicer at the Home Goods store. I guess I'm stuck with it now since pillows can't be returned. Maybe I can convince the cat to use it as a bed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my memory foam pillow if 20 years with this pillow. I love this pillow! It has helped with my neck not being so stiff. The only thing is I wish there was a little more stuffing so I didn't have to readjust the pillow during the night. It can get kind of flat where my head it, so I'll just flip it over.
