I have chronic neck issues and got two of these to try and they have been very helpful! I like that you can remove som eof the filler to adjust the pillow to how you actually like it. Then you save the extra filler and add it back in if or when needed.

I think it's a preference thing. I love a feather pillow, but they are not good for my neck. The best is the solid block pillow. I thought I could get away with this one, but it's not a good compromise for me.

I prefer more soft, easily able to remove extra filler & adjust to my liking. He prefers med/firm, only needed to remove a small amount. Perfect for him!
