[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got very fast delivery of two pillows. There was an issue with one of them and customer support resolved it very quickly by sending a new one. The pillow is very comfortable and can be easily adjusted by removing some of the filling material. We left one as is and the other one we removed some of the filling.

The first thing I noticed was a very strong chemical smell that lingered for several days. As for comfort, I found the pillow to be less supportive than I expected. It felt too flat for my liking and didn't provide the neck support I need. Too expensive in my opinion to justify the chemical odor and lack of neck support.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far the single biggest waste of money. Most uncomfortable pillow, left with massive neck pain that I didn't have before. And the stuffing is styrofoam bits. And since I purchased off IG didn't realize there was a no refund policy and it's not stated throughout the process.
