[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hoping for a comfortable, cooling pillow and unfortunately this doesn't meet the need. Do not waste your money because it's not really cooling especially after you put a pillow case on it. It has a small bit of cooling without a case for about 2 min then it's warm. The pillow case takes away the 2 min of cooling. Super disappointed and won't be purchasing from them again

I did find the pillow too plump and firm at first, but by removing some of the filler made it just right and so comfortable. I saved the filler in case it is needed in the future.
