[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered 2 king pillows because I've had good experience with other Tempurpedic products. Unfortunately, these pillows don't do it for me and my wife. We are side sleepers and these aren't supportive enough. Initially laying on the pillow it feels soft, comfortable and supportive. But within minutes my head falls into the foam and feel like I'm almost flat onto the mattress. I thought when the product description said they are adjustable, I could get more foam to fill it more, but after a conversation with customer service I was told no. I'm now shopping for a better alternative from a different brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Lumpy, not comfortable. I wish I could return it but their policy does not allow for returning pillows, so definitely try in store before you order it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mere fact that I can adjust the pillow makes ALL of the difference. I haven't found a god pillow for a stomach sleeper like me in years and decided to take the chance on this one. The pillow comes very full and taking out a modest amount created the perfect level for my head and prevent my arm from falling asleep underneath it. The only thing I found bothersome was that the pillow has a very strong scent when it arrives. It does not disappear in the first few days and I had to double wrap the pillow in two cases. Besides that I find the pillow to feel premium and comfortable!

Lumpy pillow feel and cover fell apart after one wash

No returns and pushed to file a claim, so we will see. Customer service did nothing to help. I recommend their other pillow but this one is cheaply made with scrap foam. I own a mattress, sheets, and 3 pillows from Tempura-Pedic and would hope they would do something to compensate.
