[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow quality is ok but only for a week. After 2 weeks, I started feeling the pillow doesn't give me enough support on my neck and every time I wake up, I feel my beck and shoulder hurt and feeling tight. I tried to adjust but still not working. I bought it was because it was good advertisment and everything seem too good to be ture but it is not a long term pillow to support my neck overall. Disappoint with my purchase and now I am stuck with it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
