This pillow is very well-made, just like my 10+ year old Tempurpedic I was trying to replace. Unfortunately this style does not work for me and no matter how much stuffing I took out or left in, this pillow gave me crippling neck and back pain after using it. Not able to return it, so I am stuck with a very expensive useless pillow. Might work well for some but for me (normal back/side sleeper) I've never had such bad pain as when I used this pillow unfortunately.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted so badly to love this pillow, but sadly after using it for 2 weeks and giving it every opportunity I had to stop using it. It's described as a soft pillow online but it is incredibly firm. I removed some stuffing to help but I would wake up every morning to all of the stuffing in the ends and none in the middle. I tried everything with this pillow and just couldn't make it work. I would have returned it if that was possible.

I bought 2 of these pillows since we are loyal Tempurpedic customers (2 mattresses, 5+ other pillows) but they are literal trash. The filling includes shredded mattresses - including the labels, tape, hard edges, pieces written on with markers, and other trash mixed in with large shards of foam that do not conform together. It's extremely disappointing to see such a lack of quality - do not buy unless you are so committed to the environment you are willing to lay your head on sharp pieces of tape inside your pillow at night.
