[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really great option if you're struggling to find something just right. By nature, this style of pillow ends up being quite lumpy. This version of the pillow ends up taking care of those lumps by using a mixture of really soft, airy fill chunks. You don't really notice the lumps. I do have to question the price a little bit because the fill is so soft and light (my experience is better quality fill sometimes end up on the denser side of things). For the price, especially when on sale (which happens almost every month it seems) this is a really good priced, comfortable, luxury pillow. We've purchased 2.

Then I got serious about adjusting and made it just right.... Personalized neck support sleeping back or side. So don't give up if it's not quite right! If I had it to do over I would order the cooling version.
