Neck problems

No matter how many different amounts of the material I changed on the inside of the pillow, I continued to wake up with a stiff neck. I have had it for many weeks now and the same problem persists. Because I cannot return the pillow due to it's "personal nature," my wife and I have resorted to using them for decor/body pillows.

Love the fact that you can make it the firmness you want. I took out almost a third but saved the stuffing if I need it later. Nice exterior for cleaning.

I bought these pillows as a splurge for my husband and I but when they came in they were not what we expected. The 'adjustable' aspect basically means a lumpy pillow that you can take some stuffing out of if it's too stiff. We tried making these work but unfortunately I'm already fighting sleep being pregnant and they just did not work for us, we're also on 2 opposite ends of the spectrum I like more firm and he likes more soft pillows and they still were a bust all around.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im sorry to say it but this pillow its a junk! I was looking to replace my 3 years old symphony pillow - that i love since a first time i used it! This cloud adjustable pillow its not even worth $5 .... Its super uncomfortable no matter how much stuffing you take out .... Frankly speaking Tempur- pedic should be ashamed of themself even to come up with the idea of that pillow- it seems like they have left over foam from making good pillows and mattress and they did not want to toss it in the trash so they came up with this pillow- please dont waste your money because you wont be able to return it and its worthless
