[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow was way too soft for my needs. There is no option to buy more stuffing material. I reached out to customer service and they stated that. So I bought 2 queen size pillows and added what I needed to make the pillow perfect for me. Although the pillow now is perfect for me I had to buy 2 kings and 2 queens to do this. The pillows should come stuffed more fuller to allow the adjustability or provide an option to buy more stuffing without having to buy a whole other pillow. As the product sits right now with out these options in place I would not recommend it.

The bad side is my king size pillows are only 30" long (TOO SMALL). i never thought to read the length of a king size pillow I thought they were standard (SURPRISE!) Be aware of your pillow length my cases hang about 6" over the end of my pillow. I wish I could return these as well. Another bad investment.

We had just replaced our 16 year old Tempur-pedic mattress of 16 years and received a BOGO on accessories, so I bought a pillow. I took a chance on their pillows, the coupon and 5 year warranty certainly helped with the decision. After 1 night I was sold on the their pillow and threw the old one out! It's been 1 month and still in love with my pillow, great comfort and quality. Easy to re-fluff each night and holds it shape through-out the night for my side sleeping.
