[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you have neck pain this pillow is worth the purchase. Being able to adjust the thickness is the best part! I always have trouble finding a pillow that is "flat" enough. I broke my neck when I was a kid and have metal rods in my neck and those big fluffy pillows hurt my neck. I was able to take out almost half of the filling and it's perfect! It is also so comfy and squishy. Every night when I totally relax as soon as my head hits this pillow. Best Pillow Purchase EVER!!!

The only downside is that, even though you can adjust the filling to remove some, it is already on the thinner side as it comes. I would have liked to have a little more filling in it to start with. Otherwise, a very comfortable pillow.
